What you should know when booking with us

You can specify your vehicle preference and we will accommodate your request according to what is available on our fleet. Availability of requested vehicle can however be affected in cases of emergency, loss or damage of vehicle. 

You need to be in possession of a valid driver’s license from your country of origin. In addition, your driver’s license must be valid for a minimum of two years. The minimum age permitted for individuals to rent a vehicle is 23 years of age. Foreign travellers should be in possession of a valid international drivers license. Under 23 on request.

Vehicle rental costs vary according to the time of the year, the type of vehicle, duration and   type of insurance coverage. Rental costs can either include a full camping option or exclude camping. It is best to get a customised estimate to suit your specific needs

In order to secure your booking, a 10% rental deposit is required. The balance of the estimate must be settled 14 days prior to arrival. 

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Amex

We also share an online, secure payment link. This link is specifically created for each individual client and can only be used once.

Cancellation Policy

  1.  More than 30 days 10%.
  2.  Less than 30 days 50%.
  3.  Less than 7 days 100%.

Upon the return of your rental vehicle, we are able to immediately  release holds. Release of deposits can take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account, but this depends on your bank as well.
