How It Works

SIC (Standard Insurance Cover)

This cover includes accident, theft and fire damage up to 90% of damage. This includes 3rd party damage. SIC includes a mandatory minimum of N$10000 on all off road vehicles. This means the renters liability would be a minimum of N$10000 + 10% of damage. Any damage below N$10000 Renter would be fully liable for.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

This cover includes accident, theft and fire damage up to 100% of damage or replacement cost. 3rd Party Included. CDW Still Excludes WDTW. Personal Liability, Personal Property.

We Offer the following option:

Standard CDW that cover up to 95%
Super CDW That covers up to 100%
This Includes, Dents and Scratches

WDTW (Window Damage & Tyre Waiver)

This waiver protects you from windscreen damage and tyre damage. ( Max 1 windscreen and 1 Tyre per rental). This includes all repair cost for tyres. A Super WDTW is available for extended tyre cover.

GWFC (GW Full Cover)

This Includes Super CDW plus WDTW.

PEC (Personal Effect Insurance)

A N$30 000 cover for personal affects stolen from vehicle. This cover personal items such as clothing, jewelery, electronics stolen in event of vehicle break in. See policy description.

TP (Theft Protection)

This cover protects you from any liability in event of stolen, hijacked vehicle.

Exclusions:

Negligence and agreement violations would be excluded. CDW, SCDW, WDTW is only valid within Namibia Borders.
Excludes loss and damage of personal property.
Does not cover negligent damage of interior and Electronics.
Does not include loss of key.
Does not include damage to camping equipment outside of vehicle accident or theft.
Excludes TPL (Third party passenger liability).

Insurance Deposit is based on Vehicle value
liability is limited to excess in the absence of negligence
Deposit will be pre-authorized on credit card upon rental
